A creative intervention is an interaction with previously existing object(s), audience, space or situation. In this part of the project we have been asked to intervene with some collections of objects from our surroundings at home. I had to take ten photos of this and think of how I will present these ten photos.

My main focus was the kitchen and how I could use objects in the kitchen and interrupt them in some way. The examples I chose to use were; Iron in a fridge, fruit in the washing machine, cheese in the fruit bowl, berries in a water glass and a set table on a bed.

My idea was to make my work into more graphic artwork which I could pin up a present in class. Through experimentation I decided not to collage the whole picture behind but to just have different size and make it monochromatic to push the centre image forward.

Look What I Snitched From Your Home -Jessica Sue Layton

Look What I Snitched From Your Home, is a collection of photograph that the artist Jessica took when staying in friends home for a while. She decided to disrupt the ordinary surroundings for when the originals owners of the home come back. This gave me inspiration to change the ordinary objects in my home.
